The starting hourly rate can go as high as $17.80 per hour, depending on previous experience.

In addition to the base pay, additional overrides and pay increases are available based on length of time with the company, shift differential and additional responsibilities. Some of these overrides include:
$1.00 per hour for night shift
$2.00 per hour for supervisors
$1.00 per hour for bench technicians
$1.00 per hour after 5 years experience as a Level III technician

SkyWest Airlines also pays a tool allowance starting at $45.00 per month after 6 months of service.

Vacation and personal use days are accrued according to hours worked. We also have six paid holidays.

In addition to your pay and per diem, you will also receive the quarterly bonus once you have been employed for two years.
