SkyWest Airlines provides in-house training on the equipment we operate.

During training, Avionics Technicians are paid their hourly rate based on an 8-hour day/ 40-hour workweek.

If the employee has to attend training in a location away from their home base, SkyWest Airlines will provide hotel accommodations and a per diem for meal expenses.
