Unlike an internship, the Pilot Pathway Program allows students to remain at their campus to complete their flight training until they are able to meet SkyWest's Airline Transport Pilot standards. Those interested must have at least 250 flight hours to join the Pathway Program, unless enrolled at one of our elite partners. After joining, you may have the opportunity to participate in SkyWest recruiting events and outreach programs on your way to a fulfilling commercial pilot job.
